Hello my friends, how are you today?
Health topic today is about healthy blood cells.

Your blood feeds every cell, tissue, gland, organ, and organ system in your body. Without strong, oxygen-rich blood these systems can become compromised.

To increase your blood health because it's very important, you need to:
1. Exercise and breathe correctly, this brings oxygen into your bloodstream.
2. Eat more legumes and beans to lower your triglycerides.
3. Eat more iron, because the center of your blood is iron.
4. Eat vitamin B to reduce the risk of blood clotting.
5. Eat green vegetables because the component is very similar to hemoglobin molecules.
6. Eating spicy food like chili and pepper can boost your blood purification system.
7. Drink Aloe Vera juice (or eat it), It cleanses arteries and is anti-inflammatory. It is also rich in amino acids, enzymes, chlorophyll, vitamins, and minerals—all of which help build strong blood.
8. Drink adequate amount of water, blood main component is water.
9. Quit smoking, it pollutes your blood with unnecessary excess free radicals.
10. Eat more fruits and vegetables that are rich in phytonutrients, this helps reduce blood plaque. You need as little as 20mg fiber daily for max benefit.
11. Maintain a healthy body alkaline level, our body is 7.3 by nature.
